What does AVAbay offer?

Which bidet sprayer should I choose?
Compare the connection type, hose length, spray modes, and included accessories on each product page. Our Premium Handheld Bidet Sprayer has a 47-inch hose. Our Sink Faucet Handheld Bidet Sprayer connects to a compatible faucet and has an 80-inch hose. The Triple Mode Sprayer set includes a 47-inch hose and a portable bidet.
Can I use warm water?
Our Sink Faucet Handheld Bidet Sprayer uses water from your compatible faucet, allowing you to adjust the temperature through the faucet. We also offer a Hot and Cold Bidet Sprayer with a thermal-insulated grip. Check the selected model’s connection requirements and follow its instructions. A thermal grip does not make hot water safe for skin; always check the water temperature before use.
Will a faucet attachment fit my sink?
Compatibility depends on your faucet’s aerator and thread size. Our faucet diverters and aerator-to-hose adapter are designed for compatible sink faucets with removable aerators. The brass diverter listings exclude pull-out faucets, pump faucets, bathtub spouts, and shower pipes. Compare your faucet’s connection with the exact product specifications before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your faucet details and a clear photo.
Are all AVAbay accessories interchangeable?
Do not assume every accessory fits every setup. Our replacement sprayer-head listing specifies a G1/2 coupling, and our brass T-valve specifies 7/8-inch × 7/8-inch × G1/2 connections. Check the connector sizes and selected variation before purchasing.
Can I adjust the spray pressure?
Several AVAbay sprayer sets offer adjustable water flow. Selected models also offer multiple spray modes, such as a gentle spray and a targeted jet. Our brass T-valve can reduce, adjust, or shut off the water flow to a compatible bidet setup. Check your chosen model’s features and operating instructions.
What is included with my order?
Contents vary by product. Some listings are complete sprayer sets, while others are individual sprayer heads, valves, adapters, or holders. Review the product description and selected variation carefully. Do not assume a separate accessory includes a hose, sprayer, or complete installation kit.
Do I need to drill holes to mount a holder?
Not necessarily. Our toilet-tank sprayer holder offers a tank-mount option that requires no drilling. Our self-adhesive holder is designed for no-drill wall mounting. Mounting options vary by product, so follow the instructions supplied with your holder.
Can the sprayers be used for other cleaning tasks?
Selected sprayer listings describe uses such as cloth-diaper rinsing, bathroom cleaning, and pet washing, in addition to personal hygiene. Choose the appropriate model and spray setting, and use the product only as directed.
Do you offer a travel bidet?
Yes. AVAbay offers a three-piece portable travel bidet product designed for use with compatible bottles. A portable bidet is also included in our Triple Mode Sprayer set. Check the listing for bottle compatibility and included contents.

How much does shipping cost?

When will my order arrive?

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a standard return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and supplied materials. Can I return a sprayer after installing or using it?
Used, installed, or materially altered products generally do not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return. If your product is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or does not perform as described, contact us so we can review the issue. This does not affect any rights provided by applicable law.
How do I start a return, and is return shipping free?
Contact AVAbay Customer Support through the support channels on our website within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Do not send an item back before receiving approval and instructions. We provide the applicable return label where covered by our return arrangements; support will confirm the arrangements for your approved return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives, we inspect it for eligibility. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches our return location and are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts?
Contact AVAbay Customer Support as soon as you discover the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photos. Please keep the product and packaging while we review your request. Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include replacement parts, a replacement, a refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Do you offer exchanges?
