What is the return & refund policy?

Terms and Conditions: We stand behind everything we sell and making sure that you are happy is our number one priority. If you is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. No questions asked. The product you are requesting the refund/return must be in resalable conditions to be eligible.

If you’re not satisfied with your product, please return the item(s) for a store credit or full refund for the cost of the item(s). You’ll have 30 days from the time of purchase from AVAbay.

Once the returned item is received, we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. In order to process the return, please read through “How to Return an Item.” (Terms and Conditions). To better serve you in the future, please let us know why you are returning the item. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

Please note that fraud activity and taking advantages on generous policy of extended product warranty may bring to refuse to comply with extended warranty policy and its cancelation.

How do I return an item?

Place the item(s) in a package and indicate on a note your order #, email address and reason for returning. Send the product to:

Return shipping is not covered. Typically, USPS Parcel / First-Class is the cheapest. Once we receive the item(s), we’ll issue your refund. Easy! If you have more questions, please feel free to send an email to support@avabay.com

Do I have to pay to return an item?

In most cases, you (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product back to us. Typically, USPS Parcel / First-Class is the cheapest.

Do I have to send back the old products?

In order to receive a refund, you must return the old product back to AVAbay. It must be in resalable conditions for the refund to be eligible. The customer must cover the minimal shipping charges to get the product back to us. In case a product is destroyed, please contact us first and we will give more detailed instructions.

We recycle all returned products that are damaged. 

When I send products back do I need to use a specific carrier?

The short answer is no. Since you must cover the shipping charges to get the product back to us you can choose whatever carrier you want. On the other hand, if you want the product to actually arrive to us we’d suggest using USPS, UPS, or Fedex. A smart thing to do would be to get insurance for the shipment, just in case, although not necessary. We’re not responsible for a product that never makes its way back to us.
