Product came well packaged. It was easy to install with proper instructions. The included Teflon tape was a little too thin for my liking, so had to use what I had.
No leaks, and good pressure control. Quality of every part in the set is very good. Should last a long time, God willing.

I am pleased with this product. It was easy to install and easy to use. I haven’t had any problems with it thus far and it’s been a couple of months since installing the Bidet. I was worried about leaks, however that hasn’t happened. We turn off the valve after each use and it comes in handy to conserve toilet paper. The customer service was great as well. I had a question about the product and it was replied to quickly. They even sent a Thank You postcard in snail mail. I’m impressed with this company and am happy to support a small business.

Honestly the best one of these products. I’ve had different one from big box stores and they always seem to fall apart. This one is hard to damage and cleans you well. Thank you to the awesome people who made this because I have not bought extra toilet paper during the pandemic because I use this and just a small amount of paper to dry up. Also since the toilet is close to the tube, I use it to clean the tub as well. LOVE IT!!!
