Simply fill the bottle with cool or warm water, screw on the cap, then extract the nozzle and squeeze the soft bottle to get a cleansing wash. Though handheld and built-in versions can only be used at home, the portable one allows for freshness anywhere. Product information:
This portable version works similarly to a regular shattaf in that it sprays water on/around the genitals and anus. However, it works a bit differently. There is a large bottle, which you fill with water. Most people use cold water, but you can choose lukewarm water to make it even more comfortable.
The end features a slim tube with a hole at the end of the angled head. Once you’ve finished going to the bathroom, you place the bottle between your legs with the head toward your body. Squeeze the bottle gently to release some water. Continue this process until you are completely clean.

Ultimately, it is easy to use and wonderful for travel or camping but I can also see this being great for at home. Perfect! This is one of those items that you dont realize you need until you need it. Currently pregnant with really bad hemorrhoids and this is sooo soothing with warm water. I usually add dettol antiseptic or epsom salt to the water to clean anal area after a bowel movement. Also hells with any order you may get down there for sweaty summer days and vaginal discharge during pregnancy!
