This was easy to install, maybe 10 minutes tops. No leaks, very useful to have sprayer next to the toilet. Adjustable water pressure is handy, usually need no more than opened halfway. Only use full on bathroom cleaning day.

At first I wanted a bidet that attached under the seat, but those are not actually one size fits all. It’s not as graceful to have to squat forward and aim, but in the end, all I care about is having the cleanest butt on the block. With the hand held sprayer, I can easily clean underwear when my potty trainee toddler doesn’t make it to the potty in time. The water is cold, but my butt doesn’t seem to mind. Installation was a piece of cake. I was waiting for my husband to install it, but he was dragging his feet because, apparently, having a mega clean anus was not as high on his priority list as was on mine. I’m sure as soon as he tries it, he’ll realize how great it is to be so dang clean. It took 15 minutes to install. I did have to redo a part. I installed it and then found a black rubber circle randomly in the box. The instructions didn’t mention it. I turned on the water and it was leaking at the highest connection place… Where it connects to the tank. I took that part off and added the rubber thingy and then connected it again and it was fine. I like that you can turn the water off to the sprayer when not in use. I have a mischievous toddler that would certainly “clean” my entire bathroom with the sprayer if I couldn’t easily turn it off.
Edited to add that I am ordering a second one. We moved to a house with two bathrooms and I definitely want one in each bathroom. The first one I ordered is still working great in the new house in my master bathroom, but that bathroom has the weakest WIFI signal, soooo…it’s not the best bathroom to do my business. Can’t wait until I don’t have to choose between a clean butt and strong WIFI.

A good weight and durability for a personal bidet sprayer. We find the look a bit better than a white hose and sprayer. We also purchased a more elegant sprayer at a more ‘elegant’ price but we felt that sprayer was somewhat heavy for personal use. This unit is not as ‘fancy’ as the more costly one but not as pricey either. A third sprayer we purchased had a slightly different head. Amazon now has a nice selection of silver colored (which we prefer over white) sprayers and hoses but the white sprayers and hoses served us well over many years.

This is a real lifesaver esp., after having major surgery. Since, heavy shower water can’t get the surgery sites, but the body must still be cleansed, this is perfect hooked to bathroom sink providing warm water or cool to close skin pores after.
Then, when ya can’t reach to clean after doing the daily poop and pee deal, just get the length ya need or order additional hose to attach and reach to toilet.
Low pressure on the lever to avoid getting water on the floor.
Towel to dry body.
It can stretch to the tub if ya get right length to gently hose down body and remove bacteria so skin can heal better and better avoid infections.
I added additional hook up valve and used thread tape before attaching hose, etc. to avoid leaks.
After I’m done and shut off water, I turn the valve downward and squeeze the lever to empty the hose completely.

Nice, functional, great looking, all metal product. Everything you need is included in package. Very, very easy to install. Even easier to use as a bidet or just a toilet jet cleaner. The variable pressure is fantastic. The cold water spray is actually not unpleasant at all. Highly, highly recommend. The size is also perfect. Many other bidet systems do not have variable pressure capability. Some are too big, which can be awkward to use. This one is perfect, at a perfect price.

I bought two different types to see which I liked best. They had a lot of similarities. The AVAbay was better since it has a 6′ hose versus the other having a 4′ hose. Both installations were very easy and both work well. I had spent some time in the Philippines and enjoyed the bidet which are more common there. After that trip I decided that I need them at home too.

I was able to (with near-zero plumbing experience) install it without needing any tools. The first time, I had a leak, then I moved the washer to another connection and it was fine. I wasn’t exactly where I was supposed to put the rubber washers (and I see why they included teflon tape, which I know you can wrap around threads to help waterproof the connection) but it seems to be leak-free now. My toilet is rounded at the top, but I made it work without screwing anything into the wall. Item arrived very fast. I’m hoping it lasts!

Looks very easy to clean and very well made (kinda heavy too!).
The kit is easy to assemble and comes with rubber rings and plumber’s tape for sealing.
It’s hard to find a well made product which is also so elegant!
Packaging was very good and nothing had a scratch because of the little soft baggies.

…because of widespread panic about a communicable disease, you can just hose yourself off. Recommended. (You will still want to have some TP around, but you will use a small fraction of what you would have needed without a bidet.)
Do pay attention to the instructions about not over-tightening connections to avoid leaks. Also be advised that you do only get enough teflon tape to do a couple of wraps of each connection that needs it, so don’t overdo it or you’ll run out before you’ve done them all. The teflon tape is in a little ring-shaped red and white plastic dispenser—don’t throw that out; the tape is inside. Push the red part out and you’ll find it.

I recently move to the US from Asia and realized that bidets are not as common like from my hometown so my apartment didn’t have one. I’ve thought of getting one and this worked perfect for the job. I got another and would definitely recommend it. Its longer than usual and it has 2 mounting options. I’m very happy.

This little sprayer has some amazing, but controllable power. A fairly easy setup (but I do this stuff for a living) Most difficult part was screwing the valve onto the tank valve stub, because it wanted to turn also. Took a bit, but finally got it to seal. The chrome valve is superb quality chrome finish, everything else is OK brushed stainless. This is my second one (different house) I love it. Easy to use. Not awkward. Hooks on the side of the tank impressively well (with a little bending)
Give it a try. The photo is from my first kit which also included a solid brass spout and holder for direct wall installation. It also had a tank valve too.

Edit: The sellers finally answered me and apologized for the delay. They were kind enough to send me instructions and saw the pictures of the issue I was having. I installed it in a different bathroom and it works flawlessly.

The product itself is nice. I don’t know why there is a lot bad reviews, if you know how to follow directions… you wouldn’t have any problems. The material workmanship is superb We already have semilar items in 2 of our bathrooms, so installing this item to our 3rd bathroom was a snap.

the bidet metal valve has pretty sharp threads, and it is easy to cross thread the plastic end of wall to flush mechanism hose when trying to install it to the metal valve./ the treads in the metal bidet valve are sharp and easily cut new treads into the plastic female end of the hose. I recommend taking the wall valve to flush mechanism hose, or if metal, get a flex hose from HDWE store. and threating the plastic end of the hos onto the valve mechanish, first then attach the valve to the takn, and the other ind of the flex hose to the wall. Of course , I didn’t read the instructions.

We installed this last night and so far I am SUPER impressed! I was worried about it having low water pressure, but it is exactly what I hoped for. Thank you so much. Finally, a well put together handheld bidet. After going through four previous (junk) bidets. these live up to its advertisement. In the past I have come home to flooded bathroom floors. The only way I could use them, was to shut off the valve after each use. And had to put so much sealing tape around the sprayer so it wouldn’t leak as much when I used it. I feel secure leaving this great bidet, with the valve on, all the time, just like you’re supposed to. Thank you again for a wonderful product.
